During season 8, Angel Batista wasn’t always played by David Zayas. His son, David Zayas Jr., takes the place of his father in some shots, as the two look uncannily similar. Visible throughout the first season, Dexter has a large scar on his left side. Later in season 2, the scar moved to his right side, leaving his left side unmarked. Dexter is easily one of my favorite TV shows of all time, and one of the few shows that I can watch from start to finish multiple times without getting bored. It’s hard to put into words how much I love this show. The only thing that’s not good is the ending. The ending was pretty bad, but that doesn’t detract from how good the show is overall. You should watch this show just for Michael C. Hall’s performance as Dexter. He’s amazing in this. If you haven’t watched this amazing show yet, give yourself plenty of time because you’ll want to watch it ASAP. Once you start watching it, you won’t be able to stop.
